From the library of Maine sailboat designer Dick Newick, and with a note card in his hand on his stationery about the author of the foreword, "Blondie" Hasler. The note card reads, " 'Blondie' Hasler was a royal Marine Commando who, among other things, did a kayak raid on the German submarine pens near San Nazaire (?) France in WWII. We got to know and like him." Also included are a brochure about Newick's "Mocking Bird" sailboat and a plan of it.
