Seven mildly erotic plates by Norman Lindsay. The corners and head and tail are worn, particularly the tail. There is some acid staining where the leather turn-ins touch the endpapers. A short crack at the front bottom hinge woth spine leather worn.. Quite nice and clean inside. Beautiful paper. Very good. Item #19427
A new translation by P. R. Stephenson. This edition is limited to five hundred and fifty copies printed on Arnold's Handmade paper. This is copy number 456. Lovely typography, in Poliphilus Type and printed in London by Botolph. The colophon page is shown in the pictures.
